A deposit of 50% is payable in order to reserve the booking and will only be confirmed when the moneys are cleared.
Only the people stated above can reside on the premises and no one under the age of 17 yrs can reside in the gîte by themselves.
All people stated above are jointly responsible for and bound by the terms and conditions .
There is a non-smoking policy. No smoking anywhere in the buildings or pool area.
Rental period starts 4.00pm on the day of arrival and finishes 10.30 am on the last day.
Any damage or breakages must be reported to the manager and paid for in full. Damage deposit of 200€ required, refundable after 2 weeks from departure.
Cancellation policy; your own insurance is recommended but the following deductions will be made.
